When Siro Lauren came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Paikín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Lauren couldn't finish the play. Felix Ovando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Chesus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Siro Lauren in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorenzo Frasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Isauro was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Negritos y Asociados defense, Melquiades Charro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lorenzo Frasco. The Negritos y Asociados fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lorenzo Frasco should have stopped the shot. Felix Ovando had several of the Paikín's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-1 score and a disappointed Christian Chesus as he didn't even see the shot coming. Christian Chesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Isauro in the 64th minute of play. Julio Fonda's late challenge caught a Negritos y Asociados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julio Fonda helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Negritos y Asociados booed when Paikín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Fonda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenzo Frasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melquiades Charro's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Felix Ovando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Christian Chesus made a huge save. After having played for 84 minutes, Melquiades Charro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paikín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melquiades Charro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gualterio Pello's late challenge caught a Paikín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gualterio Pello helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Gualterio Pello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute Melquiades Charro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Frasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Siro Lauren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 minutes of play Negritos y Asociados's Gualterio Pello was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Negritos y Asociados getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Gualterio Pello hit a great ball. Melquiades Charro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elvio Ritchie kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Lorenzo Frasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Lauren in the 99th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Paikín had won after a very even match.
