Spectators: 5090 (Terracing: 4040, Seating: 1030, VIP seats: 20) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Herminio Garikoitz kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Herminio Garikoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Gorri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Pascual Azeari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Abel Bernat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacate's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Bernat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Eyague breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Elpidio Gorri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Azeari, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Herminio Garikoitz notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Nacate's Elpidio Gorri. Elpidio Gorri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aurelio Cruz's late challenge caught a Nacate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Cruz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, black F.C's Aurelio Cruz got a free kick in the 75th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Bernat got free with Fabio Eyague in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 79 played minutes black F.C got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Venceslao. Aurelio Cruz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herminio Garikoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 87th minute of the match Vladimiro Martino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Gorri showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Abel Bernat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Fabio Eyague tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Esteban Goren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
