Spectators: 7106 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 144) Team Austral's Clodoveo Isaio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Mikolas during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chañarense FC booed when Team Austral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Mikolas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Amor in the 6th minute of play forced Team Austral's goalkeeper David Soin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Christian Geofredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gogo Gabirel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Chañarense FC's Eduardo Gilabert seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Eduardo Gilabert the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chañarense FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Eduardo Gilabert had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 16th match minute, Chañarense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Gilabert to maneuver through the defense. Braulio Tonete received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. David Soin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Team Austral's zone, Christian Geofredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Soin came out of the goal and Christian Geofredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Christian Geofredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Team Austral's zone, Braulio Tonete stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Soin came out of the goal and Braulio Tonete tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clodoveo Isaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Chañarense FC's Eloy Jesco got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Javier Filipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. David Soin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Soin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Amor in the 41st minute of the match. David Soin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Geofredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After having played for 45 minutes, Christian Geofredo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chañarense FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Geofredo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Geofredo to strike the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Elia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Soin having to make a save. When Teodoro Amor fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chañarense FC's protests and gave Teodoro Amor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 56th minute, Teodoro Amor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute, Zacarias Elia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Soin made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Zacarias Elia sent off a good shot on target. After 65 played minutes Team Austral got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Platon. In the 70th match minute, Team Austral was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Nalo to maneuver through the defense. David Soin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Elia in the 73rd minute of the match. Christian Geofredo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Tonete in the 77th minute of play forced Team Austral's goalkeeper David Soin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aureliano Ayuso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Duardo in the 78th minute of the match. Zacarias Elia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. David Soin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Geofredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Javier Filipo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Soin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christian Geofredo went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 91st minute, Team Austral's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Braulio Tonete fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Braulio Tonete blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Soin having to make a save. Chañarense FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
