After 81 minutes of play, Club Atlético Tigre's Pascual Cerilo made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jaime Atarrabi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the match, Corti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Mleczewski came free, but Jaime Atarrabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Pascual Cerilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Uriel Valerio fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corti AFC's protests and gave Uriel Valerio a yellow card for diving instead. Uriel Valerio kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Club Atlético Tigre players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
