Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gregorio Ilazki took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Favila during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Palermo FC booed when Pernambucano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Favila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Berasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Danel, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Evelio Telo came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Pernambucano FC's Norberto Chan. But to his dismay, Norberto Chan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Lisandro Mendiko fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palermo FC's protests and gave Lisandro Mendiko a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Palermo FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Lisandro Mendiko hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Maximo Guillelmo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Evelio Telo, passed just outside the right post. In the 22nd minute, Norberto Chan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Evelio Telo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Norberto Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Evelio Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Palermo FC's Evelio Telo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Ilazki in the 30th minute of play. Palermo FC's Evelio Telo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Palermo FC from getting a goal against them. In the 35th minute Gregorio Ilazki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Telo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes Palermo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Txartiko. After having played for 43 minutes, Norberto Chan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pernambucano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norberto Chan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Iker Danel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Iker Danel made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Pernambucano FC's Norberto Chan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evelio Telo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Norberto Chan struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Evelio Telo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pernambucano FC. In the 60th minute Iker Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Berasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gregorio Ilazki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Telo having to interfere. Evelio Telo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Chan in the 67th minute of play. Gregorio Ilazki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Evelio Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Efrain Ihintza hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When Pernambucano FC's Gregorio Ilazki in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palermo FC's goalie prevented a goal. When Eloy Nevada fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palermo FC's protests and gave Eloy Nevada a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Palermo FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Eloy Nevada hit a great ball. Evelio Telo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Ilazki, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 84 minutes into the game, Pernambucano FC's Norberto Chan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evelio Telo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Gregorio Ilazki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Pernambucano FC were the better team. Pernambucano FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
