Spectators: 6693 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florentino Truylos started the match with the kick off. Cesar Elizardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Isaias Fresco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Aristides Quentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Octavio Lapurdi made in the 12th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Daniel Berasko however managed to control. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florentino Truylos during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Florentino Truylos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Elizardo's late challenge caught a Corcovado's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesar Elizardo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd match minute, Catulo Castillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Elizardo to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haroldo Birila during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Haroldo Birila hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Corcovado's Isaias Fresco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urbano Domingues in the 29th minute of play. Florentino Truylos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonardo Rufo came out and tried to block the shot, but Florentino Truylos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Cesar Elizardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesar Elizardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Cesar Elizardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ambrosio Gartzi took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaias Fresco. Isaias Fresco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Aristides Quentin charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aristides Quentin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aristides Quentin hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 68 played minutes Catulo Castillo got a freekick which was hit by Esteve Rios. After having played for 70 minutes, Florentino Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corcovado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Truylos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aristides Quentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Fresco having to interfere. Isaias Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Quentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Aristides Quentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catulo Castillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Quentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaias Fresco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Federico Paz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. In the 89thth minute of the game Aristides Quentin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corcovado's Isaias Fresco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aristides Quentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaias Fresco having to interfere. If Cesar Elizardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Corcovado fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Catulo Castillo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
