Sergio Ranolfo was a little too slow when Rodrigo Totakoxe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 9thth minute of the game Rodrigo Totakoxe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cazón FC's Sergio Ranolfo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute, Rodrigo Totakoxe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cazón FC's Sergio Ranolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Totakoxe in the 19th minute of play. Sergio Ranolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Totakoxe in the 33rd minute of play. Sergio Ranolfo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Totakoxe's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Evaristo Oroitz charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Sergio Ranolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Totakoxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 62nd minute, Filomeno Leheren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 67th minute Rodrigo Totakoxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Ranolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70thth minute of the game Rodrigo Totakoxe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cazón FC's Sergio Ranolfo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Totakoxe in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sergio Ranolfo saved Cazón FC from getting behind. MDQPEÑAROL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Totakoxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Totakoxe in the 95th minute of play forced Cazón FC's goalkeeper Sergio Ranolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cazón FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MDQPEÑAROL.
