Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Erubiel Danel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eugenio Barto hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Erubiel Danel might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Giraldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erubiel Danel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th match minute, Corralito AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Ihazintu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Corralito AFC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Amancio Bikendi hit a great ball. Candelaria's Lorenzo Theobald shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Leandro Giraldo but with some difficulty. Leandro Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Gabrio in the 9th minute of play. Rafael Min made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Barto in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Amancio Bikendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Candelaria's Erubiel Danel in the 19th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Leandro Giraldo was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Corralito AFC through an amazing save. Esteban Rumaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteban Rumaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 20 minutes into the game, one of Corralito AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 23 minutes into the match, Corralito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Danel came free, but Leandro Giraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Giraldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erubiel Danel, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 28th minute, Teofilo Gabrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Gabrio in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Prudencio Gurutz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corralito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria the free kick. After having played for 37 minutes, Eugenio Barto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corralito AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Barto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Corralito AFC's Norberto Fresco got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugenio Barto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Eugenio Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Min saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Min showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Barto in the 63rd minute of the match. Corralito AFC's Esteban Rumaldo got his second yellow card of the match in the 64th minute. The referee ordered Esteban Rumaldo off the ground. Leandro Giraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Honrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Erubiel Danel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Candelaria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Gabrio in the 71st minute of play forced Corralito AFC's goalkeeper Leandro Giraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Eugenio Barto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, Candelaria's Lorenzo Theobald broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 75 played minutes Corralito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Bikendi. Corralito AFC's Leandro Giraldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erubiel Danel in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute Teofilo Gabrio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Giraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Corralito AFC's Marcos Neto got a free kick in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Candelaria's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Bikendi came free, but Rafael Min reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 played minutes Candelaria got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Firmo. Eugenio Barto kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Leandro Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Honrio in the 87th minute of play. Leandro Giraldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofilo Gabrio went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Leandro Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Danel in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Corralito AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Erubiel Danel came free, but Leandro Giraldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Candelaria had won after a very even match.
