Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Iker Lertxun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Lertxun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Iker Lertxun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Verón FC's Enzo Nevada got a free kick in the 13th minute. Iker Lertxun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Bernardino Boniel made a huge save. If Efrain Ceandro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Nevada hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Alfredo Peli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Duarte in the 25th minute of play forced Verón FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Peli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Verón FC booed when Qwerty II FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severiano Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Ulises Gauargi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Peli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Astor Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Peli having to interfere. Bernardino Boniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iker Lertxun went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Oidor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredo Peli. Verón FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenzo Oidor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Verón FC's Guaberto Sergi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Flavio Teyo, made in the 44th minute of the game. Guaberto Sergi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Bernardino Boniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Qwerty II FC's zone, Iker Lertxun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardino Boniel came out of the goal and Iker Lertxun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

54 minutes into the match, Verón FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Peli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Oidor. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iker Lertxun in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardino Boniel saved Qwerty II FC from getting behind. In the 59th match minute, Verón FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Nevada to maneuver through the defense. When Verón FC's Iker Lertxun in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Qwerty II FC's goalie prevented a goal. Efrain Ceandro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iker Lertxun might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardino Boniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iker Lertxun ran back to his position shaking his head. Verón FC's Enzo Nevada got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 78 played minutes Verón FC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Nevada. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iker Lertxun in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardino Boniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute Enzo Nevada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Iker Lertxun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Iker Lertxun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Boniel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severiano Hitz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alfredo Peli firmly grabbed it by the left post. There was no doubt that Verón FC were the better team. Verón FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
