Serafin Pirro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Luzea having to make a save. Rolando Luzea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Guipuzkoa in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Hubbart's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Guipuzkoa came free, but Rolando Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Cordaryal in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Beliran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ciro Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Madaleno in the 26th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Hubbart's goalkeeper Rolando Luzea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Serafin Pirro. 31 minutes into the match, SLUNA F.C's Laureano Guipuzkoa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Luzea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Laureano Guipuzkoa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Luzea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as SLUNA F.C's Laureano Guipuzkoa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Luzea. That made the score 2-0 after 44 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Laureano Guipuzkoa was the one to do the kick off. Laureano Guipuzkoa took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Luzea. Rolando Luzea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Ciro Beliran was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bartolo Cordaryal showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 56 minute of play. Rodrigo Norino scored 4-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Luzea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ariel Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience held their breath when Rigoberto Tipi in the 73rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Rolando Luzea's left hand side. Bartolo Cordaryal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Beliran having to interfere. Serafin Pirro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arsenio Caton charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Caton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Arsenio Caton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, SLUNA F.C's Pascual Pedroso got a free kick in the 86th minute. Ciro Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Cordaryal in the 87th minute of the match. When Bartolo Cordaryal came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Hubbart fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartolo Cordaryal couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SLUNA F.C had won after a very even match.
