The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Quehué's goal looked a bit too open when Roque Tano came free, but Teofilo Pepillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 minutes, Prospero Cutberto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quehué and the Choriplaneros F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th match minute, Quehué was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Cutberto to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Roque Tano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Pepillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Santos Honrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Choriplaneros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Bladi came free, but Iker Luken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iker Luken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Bladi in the 15th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Choriplaneros F.C.'s Donato Rafe got a free kick in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Honrio in the 20th minute of play forced Choriplaneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Iker Luken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 played minutes Choriplaneros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Florian. Quehué's Edgard Bladi got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teofilo Pepillo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roque Tano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Choriplaneros F.C.! In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Quehué. Fabian Sayveon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Iker Luken. 1-1. Iker Luken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Bladi in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Damian Resto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santos Honrio to make the kick off. 59 minutes into the game, one of Choriplaneros F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Iker Luken went to the wrong direction when Fabian Sayveon was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Santos Honrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Bladi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Luken having to interfere. If Santos Honrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quehué's Santos Honrio got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Choriplaneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Iker Luken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Bladi. Damian Resto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Teofilo Pepillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iker Luken stood somewhat misplaced when Santos Honrio came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 84 minute. If Mauricio Gonzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Resto might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teofilo Pepillo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Resto ran back to his position shaking his head. Santos Honrio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Iker Luken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quehué's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
