Spectators: 6476 (Terracing: 5389, Seating: 945, VIP seats: 142) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jonatan Gustau kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Oscar Henry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sotelo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Henry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Osvaldo Lehoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Gustau in the 8th minute of play forced Lavalle's goalkeeper Osvaldo Lehoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute Oscar Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Lehoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvador Herauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Osorio having to interfere. Osvaldo Lehoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Gustau, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Emanuel Eder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Eder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dalmacio Osorio having to make a save. In the 31st match minute, Lavalle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmelo Telmo to maneuver through the defense. Sotelo FC's Jonatan Gustau got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lavalle's Osvaldo Lehoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Henry in the 39th minute of play. Carmelo Telmo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Hermengildo Paul charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Paul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes Sotelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Paul. Osvaldo Lehoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Carmelo Telmo's late challenge caught a Sotelo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Telmo helped the player get up and apologised. After 56 played minutes Lavalle got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Telmo. 60 minutes into the game, Jacobo Abaurre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Osvaldo Lehoi. Jacobo Abaurre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Jonatan Gustau got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Oscar Henry came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Sotelo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Henry couldn't finish the play. Osvaldo Lehoi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bernardino Fiz. Salvador Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edelmiro Aureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Dalmacio Osorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvaldo Lehoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Gustau in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 88th minute Jonatan Gustau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Lehoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sotelo FC's Oscar Henry got a free kick in the 95th minute. When the match was over Sotelo FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lavalle throughout the match.
