But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Fidele couldn't finish the play. If Marcelino Fidele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Club Atlético San Martin's Marcelino Fidele sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Ramond narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Eusko hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Eliseo Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Ramond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Fidele in the 15th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Octavio Figueroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Marcelino Fidele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Ramond saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Ihintza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Lertxun having to interfere. With his leg Isaac Lertxun managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when sgs team FC's Leonardo Ihintza fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Amancio Nataniel's late challenge caught a sgs team FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amancio Nataniel helped the player get up and apologised. Amancio Nataniel kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 41st minute when Feliberto Quintan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Roman Rodas hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Isaac Lertxun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Quintan in the 48th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Feliberto Quintan made the kick off in the second half. Celedonio Ramond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Fidele in the 57th minute of the match. Leonardo Ihintza scored 2-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac Lertxun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eliseo Beremundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Eliseo Beremundo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celedonio Ramond, 2-1. Eliseo Beremundo in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Celedonio Ramond, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Isaac Lertxun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliberto Quintan's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Leonardo Ihintza might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaac Lertxun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonardo Ihintza ran back to his position shaking his head. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. sgs team FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Club Atlético San Martin for much of the match.
