Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Froilan Mark made the kick off which started today's match. If Eustacio Gentza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Froilan Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuervos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Mark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Osorio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot by Tiburcio Quintyn from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Dalmacio Osorio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 12th minute Froilan Mark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Osorio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalmacio Osorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Mark in the 19th minute of the match. Cosme Pirmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Eustacio Gentza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dalmacio Osorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Gentza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Froilan Mark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Osorio having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Bernardino Fiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 35th minute, when Cuervos FC's Tiburcio Quintyn after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Dalmacio Osorio in Sotelo FC's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Froilan Mark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sotelo FC's goalkeeper Dalmacio Osorio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Dalmacio Osorio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Cuervos FC's Froilan Mark got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dalmacio Osorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Gentza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cuervos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tiburcio Quintyn in the 54th minute. The corner led to Cuervos FC's Efrain Dacio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 58th match minute, Sotelo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Abaurre to maneuver through the defense. Sotelo FC's Dalmacio Osorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Mark in the 59th minute of play. Cuervos FC's Cosme Pirmin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Cuervos FC from getting a goal against them. After 62 minutes, Leonel Umea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuervos FC and the Sotelo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cosme Pirmin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Henry in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Sotelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Mark came free, but Dalmacio Osorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Jonatan Gustau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Carmelo Semeno was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 72 minutes had been played. The supporters of Sotelo FC booed when Cuervos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Semeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the game, Eustacio Gentza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dalmacio Osorio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Sotelo FC defense, Leonel Umea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dalmacio Osorio. The Sotelo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dalmacio Osorio should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Armando Firman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiburcio Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee ended the match the Cuervos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
