Doyle F.C.'s Fermin Cuarto got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amadeo Maties fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Lertxun having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelino Fidele during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 14 minutes into the match, Club Atlético San Martin's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Izotz came free, but Isaac Lertxun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Marcelino Fidele got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hipolito Arias shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Fermin Cuarto hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th match minute, Doyle F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Mikolas to maneuver through the defense. Marcelino Fidele's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iker Locaio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Club Atlético San Martin's Marcelino Fidele got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelino Fidele stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Beremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Maties fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Lertxun having to interfere. In the 60th of the match, Amadeo Maties tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Isaac Lertxun got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 62nd minute, Amancio Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the game, Elvio Teofilio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doyle F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético San Martin the free kick. A collision led to Doyle F.C. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Elvio Teofilio hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Doyle F.C.'s zone, Eliseo Beremundo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Locaio came out of the goal and Eliseo Beremundo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelino Fidele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elvio Ederono during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Club Atlético San Martin getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Elvio Ederono hit a great ball. Elvio Teofilio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isaac Lertxun. Club Atlético San Martin's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Isaac Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Maties, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Amadeo Maties fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Lertxun having to interfere. With a little luck, Club Atlético San Martin's Isaac Lertxun got control of the ball when Rosendo Izotz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amadeo Maties recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Club Atlético San Martin players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
