Haumonia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Viento FC the free kick. After 12 played minutes Haumonia got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Gonzalez. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gică Floruțiu in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Carlomagno saved Haumonia from getting behind. A collision led to Haumonia getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Aquilino Porfiro hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Erasmo Abreu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Damian Lapurdi fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viento FC's protests and gave Damian Lapurdi a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Viento FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Lapurdi. Aquilino Porfiro hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Aquilino Porfiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haumonia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Porfiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee gave Viento FC a penalty, 26 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gică Floruțiu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Haumonia's Leandro Carlomagno. 0-1. After 29 played minutes Haumonia got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Taurino. Leandro Carlomagno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gică Floruțiu in the 35th minute of the match. Gică Floruțiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Damian Lapurdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Viento FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Leandro Carlomagno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Maldonado in the 52nd minute of play. After 55 minutes, Conrado Gustau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viento FC and the Haumonia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 55 played minutes Viento FC got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Gustau. Leandro Carlomagno didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 60th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Faustino Librado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Inautzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Carlomagno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Lapurdi, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Domingo Maldonado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Leandro Carlomagno was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gică Floruțiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Haumonia's zone, Adan Lluis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Carlomagno came out of the goal and Adan Lluis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gică Floruțiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Carlomagno having to interfere. Erasmo Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Leandro Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Haumonia's Leandro Carlomagno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Haumonia from getting a goal against them. Viento FC played a much better game than Haumonia and deserved their victory. The Haumonia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
