The supporters of La Gacela FC booed when Suardi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Jesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Donio in the 19th minute of play forced La Gacela FC's goalkeeper Donato Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Conrado Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Jesco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donato Shantala read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Donato Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnoldo Jesco in the 25th minute of the match. La Gacela FC's Jimeno Sauveur got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. La Gacela FC's Donato Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnoldo Jesco in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of La Gacela FC booed when Suardi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Venerando didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 minutes, Lázaro Ted mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suardi FC and the La Gacela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. One of Suardi FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Gacela FC:s goal. Suardi FC:s Fermin Ostadar showed great skill when he stopped Apolo Umbruso:s penalty. 39 minutes into the game, La Gacela FC's Apolo Umbruso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fermin Ostadar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jimeno Sauveur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Fermin Ostadar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnoldo Jesco was the one to do the kick off. La Gacela FC's Donato Shantala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save La Gacela FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Conrado Donio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suardi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Donio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Shantala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jimeno Sauveur struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Fermin Ostadar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Gacela FC. Conrado Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Donato Shantala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Estebe charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Suardi FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
