Leonides Maju fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Shantala having to interfere. 12 minutes into the game, Santiago Abaunza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Intratables S.A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Gacela FC the free kick. The supporters of La Gacela FC booed when Intratables S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Abaunza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Shantala made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Leonides Maju sent off a good shot on target. Hermengildo Oto hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes La Gacela FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Estebe. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonides Maju got free with Donato Shantala in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jimeno Sauveur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to La Gacela FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Daniel Estebe hit a great ball. If Eustacio Urko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustacio Urko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donato Shantala having to make a save. After having played for 40 minutes, Leonides Maju managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Intratables S.A's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonides Maju was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 53rd minute, Leonardo Rencio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 56 minutes into the match, La Gacela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Urko came free, but Donato Shantala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingos Kelemen made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Jimeno Sauveur sent off a good shot on target. Jimeno Sauveur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Domingos Kelemen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Intratables S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Sustrai came free, but Domingos Kelemen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justo Sustrai struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Domingos Kelemen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Gacela FC. With an all-out effort, La Gacela FC's Domingos Kelemen threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Justo Sustrai, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Intratables S.A's Bernardino Rameriz got a free kick in the 75th minute. Leonides Maju charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonides Maju the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 82nd minute, Jimeno Sauveur fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jimeno Sauveur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Maju, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Leonides Maju sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ladislao Orlan charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ladislao Orlan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
