Spectators: 7188 (Terracing: 5393, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 142) DonPi FC's Eugenio Viator started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Maximo Cayo managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when Estudiantes F. C.'s Gogo Mergildo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leonardo Cresencio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Maximo Cayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Mergildo in the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Eugenio Viator managed to get in a good position for a shot. DonPi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Viator was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Loi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Eugenio Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gervasio Pello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Cayo having to interfere. Eugenio Viator recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gogo Mergildo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Cayo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Esteban Eate charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Esteban Eate the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the Estudiantes F. C. defense, Eugenio Viator kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo Loi. The Estudiantes F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo Loi should have stopped the shot. Gervasio Pello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Maximo Cayo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Leonardo Cresencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DonPi FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Estudiantes F. C. the free kick. After a rather tough play, DonPi FC's Leonardo Cresencio got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After some careless play in the DonPi FC defense, Gervasio Pello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maximo Cayo. The DonPi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maximo Cayo should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 53rd minute, Gogo Mergildo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, DonPi FC's Placido Ladio got a free kick in the 54th minute. If Eugenio Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeo Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugenio Viator in the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes F. C.'s Esteban Eate got a free kick in the 66th minute. A long shot from Placido Ladio in the 67th minute of play was well struck, but Amadeo Loi made a really good save at the right post. 69 minutes into the match, Eugenio Viator had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeo Loi. Estudiantes F. C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eugenio Viator was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. With his leg Amadeo Loi managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when DonPi FC's Eugenio Viator fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 85 minutes into the match, Estudiantes F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Viator came free, but Amadeo Loi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Elequemedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Loi having to interfere. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when DonPi FC's Eugenio Viator in the 88th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Amadeo Loi was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Estudiantes F. C. through an amazing save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Brun during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 90th match minute, DonPi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Brun to maneuver through the defense.
