The tension between the RIVERPLEY and the Rivadavia de Lincoln players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rivadavia de Lincoln booed when RIVERPLEY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Domenec didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute Paulino Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Inko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Blasi in the 9th minute of play forced RIVERPLEY's goalkeeper Anacleto Inko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dalmacio Transito made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Aquiles Vasco sent off a good shot on target. Dalmacio Transito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Matro, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Dalmacio Transito came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by RIVERPLEY's Nunez Ostadar. But to his dismay, Nunez Ostadar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Rivadavia de Lincoln getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tobias Policarpio hit a great ball. Dalmacio Transito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nunez Ostadar in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Sansone in the 28th minute of play forced Rivadavia de Lincoln's goalkeeper Dalmacio Transito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Fabian Oxarra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anacleto Inko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Dalmacio Transito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nunez Ostadar's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The audience was convinced that Cayetano Sansone's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dalmacio Transito was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. When Nunez Ostadar came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the RIVERPLEY fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nunez Ostadar couldn't finish the play. After having played for 44 minutes, Nunez Ostadar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIVERPLEY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nunez Ostadar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Patricio Berdaitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anacleto Inko having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nunez Ostadar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rosendo Valente kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Everardo Matro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Dalmacio Transito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Cayetano Sansone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIVERPLEY's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cayetano Sansone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute, Cayetano Sansone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dalmacio Transito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Sansone in the 67th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rivadavia de Lincoln's zone, Nunez Ostadar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Transito came out of the goal and Nunez Ostadar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venancio Cordarrell kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes RIVERPLEY got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Vasco. Everardo Matro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Dalmacio Transito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Blasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Anacleto Inko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dalmacio Transito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RIVERPLEY.
