In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind CSD Zamba's goalkeeper Genaro Hermelando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Vale Fundir's Celestino Diaz got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Mariano Oalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primitivo Lluterio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, CSD Zamba's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Jerold came free, but Genaro Hermelando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Genaro Hermelando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amado Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 77th minute Mariano Oalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Lluterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
