Spectators: 7184 (Terracing: 5390, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Orlando Gutxi started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lehmann's goalkeeper Iker Jakes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Arnaldo Cutberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th match minute, Sarmiento was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Caton to maneuver through the defense. In the 16thth minute of the game Nicolas Polentzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sarmiento's Gavino Guillen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaldo Cutberto might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gavino Guillen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnaldo Cutberto ran back to his position shaking his head. Gavino Guillen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicolas Polentzi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Polentzi in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gavino Guillen saved Sarmiento from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Lehmann's Nicolas Polentzi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gavino Guillen. That made the score 2-0 after 34 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Cutberto got free with Gavino Guillen in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodosio Celino's late challenge caught a Sarmiento's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Celino helped the player get up and apologised. Teodosio Celino kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Sarmiento got a corner. Lehmann's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horacio Rafel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Sarmiento's Horacio Rafel to fire away a dangerous shot which Iker Jakes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nicolas Polentzi made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute Orlando Gutxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Sarmiento defense, Nicolas Polentzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Guillen. The Sarmiento fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Guillen should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute, Nicolas Polentzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lehmann fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 75th minute, one of Sarmiento:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sarmiento. Santiago Sidro shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lehmann's zone, Delmiro Benet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Jakes came out of the goal and Delmiro Benet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicolas Polentzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gavino Guillen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Polentzi in the 91st minute of play. Orlando Gutxi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iker Jakes came out and tried to block the shot, but Orlando Gutxi slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 95th minute.
