Samuel Normando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Martxel in the 7th minute of play. Saul Fernandez's late challenge caught a Ben Hur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saul Fernandez helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ben Hur booed when Disecarp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavio Bautista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Samuel Normando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Serafin Tibalt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ben Hur and the Disecarp players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacobo Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Bautista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Normando having to make a save. Pedro Erlantz came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Disecarp's Jacobo Gurutz. But to his dismay, Jacobo Gurutz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Victor Gumaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Disecarp getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jonas Umea hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Disecarp's Saul Fernandez got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Flavio Bautista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Flavio Bautista got free with Samuel Normando in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Flavio Bautista could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which Samuel Normando however easily saved by the left post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Gumaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Vinicio Martxel kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Disecarp's Amadeo Onbera couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ben Hur. 59 minutes into the match, Ben Hur's goalkeeper Pedro Erlantz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacobo Gurutz. In the 60th minute of the match, Victor Gumaro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pedro Erlantz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 69 minutes, Flavio Bautista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ben Hur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Bautista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jacobo Gurutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 91 minutes into the match, Disecarp's Victor Gumaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Erlantz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ben Hur's Evelio Vargas got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Disecarp's Eloy Cucao got a free kick in the 94th minute. Flavio Bautista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Samuel Normando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Disecarp eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
