Lorenzo Tavio started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Lozada FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ricardo Velasco hit a great ball. Silvano Cresitobalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Menendo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. When Rosendo Onbera came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Lozada FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rosendo Onbera couldn't finish the play. Silvano Cresitobalo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Menendo went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Rosendo Onbera's late challenge caught a Kaiju's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosendo Onbera helped the player get up and apologised. If Jonathan Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosendo Onbera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, Kaiju's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Onbera came free, but Silvano Cresitobalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Lozada FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Menendo was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Rosendo Onbera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Silvano Cresitobalo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Tavio in the 55th minute of play forced Lozada FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rosendo Onbera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Cresitobalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Onbera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Lozada FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lozada FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
