In the 15th minute Ermegildo Venceslas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Hunfredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The coaching staff of Valhöll FF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aureliano Pio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Valhöll FF! The supporters of The Curruncus Band booed when Valhöll FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Cordareo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Fortun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Hunfredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Valhöll FF's Lázaro Ariando got a free kick in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the match, The Curruncus Band's Arsenio Txartiko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Orlin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valhöll FF's Emanuel Orlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Txartiko in the 94th minute of play. The Curruncus Band's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
