Pascual Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Goyo in the 17th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Berracos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Goyo came free, but Pascual Mateus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Arias charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafael Arias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Berracos FC booed when Marapá AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Arias didn't get a good kick on the ball.
