Spectators: 6529 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Godofredo Enaut got the match started through his kick off. After 8 played minutes Amenábar got a freekick which was hit by Andres Lauro. Evelio Lopez was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 9th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Conrado Telo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Dalmau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Godofredo Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Nazario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Telo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Orlondo in the 20th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Amenábar got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Madaleno. After 21 minutes of play, Carrizal FC's Rene Orlondo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Telo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rene Orlondo might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Conrado Telo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Orlondo ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Orlondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The attack was good, but when Rene Orlondo in the 34th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Silvano Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrizal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Dalmau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Telo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Rene Orlondo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrado Telo was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Armando Nazario was a little too slow when Luis Roderigo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 1-1. Godfredo Nastasio kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Donato Marquez's late challenge caught a Amenábar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Marquez helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Amenábar booed when Carrizal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With his leg Conrado Telo managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Carrizal FC's Silvano Dalmau fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Amenábar's Conrado Telo got control of the ball when Silvano Dalmau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rene Orlondo got in the 57th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Conrado Telo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Conrado Telo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Orlondo in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Roderigo in the 68th minute of play forced Carrizal FC's goalkeeper Armando Nazario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Lucero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Conrado Telo having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Silvano Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 75th minute, Rene Orlondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luis Roderigo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Armando Nazario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Dalmau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Telo having to interfere. Rene Orlondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Conrado Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
