Romeo Balesio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Efrain Efraim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeo Balesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teo Ipar's late challenge caught a Deportivo Cristal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Ipar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Teo Ipar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roberto Meder took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tomás Leheren. The tension between the Deportivo Cristal FC and the C.A.19 de diciembre players grew even worse after the yellow card. 95 minutes into the game, C.A.19 de diciembre's Romeo Balesio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Efrain Efraim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.A.19 de diciembre walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
