The referee ignored Madrejón FC's protests and gave Isaias Tomi a yellow card for diving instead. Isaias Tomi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Madrejón FC's Filiberto Primo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Bartolome in the 21st minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herminio Bartolome stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aureliano Pitin ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Madrejón FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Maximo Hulberto hit a great ball. Filiberto Primo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Pitin in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Aureliano Pitin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Herminio Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Primo having to interfere. If Aureliano Pitin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Saladillo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Madrejón FC throughout the match.
