In the 18th minute Pastor Iratxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Sansone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Franco in the 21st minute of play. In the 28th minute, Diego Marko made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Precioso. ATICA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A collision led to Bañitos AFC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Evelio Azevedo hit a great ball. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Diego Marko charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Marko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd minute, Diego Marko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Aznaro struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Emiliano Sansone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ATICA FC. In the 62nd match minute, ATICA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Santikurtz to maneuver through the defense. When Luis Ciano came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Bañitos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luis Ciano couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATICA FC's goalkeeper Samuel Precioso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Osvaldo Aznaro came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the ATICA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Aznaro couldn't finish the play. After having played for 76 minutes, Benito Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bañitos AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Franco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 78 minutes, Pastor Iratxo made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Bañitos AFC's Emiliano Sansone tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuel Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Franco in the 81st minute of play. Luis Ciano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Precioso having to make a save. If Benito Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
