An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Blasi in the 31st minute of play forced Deportivo Los Tingueros's goalkeeper Luis Hulberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tadeo Ledesma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Hulberto having to interfere. If Rodolfo Blasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Blasi couldn't finish the play. Atilano Dominguez kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Adolfo Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cogollum players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Deportivo Los Tingueros.
