El Aguacero FC's Justo Goi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Niva in the 3rd minute of play. Justo Goi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Casado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Norberto Casado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Elpidio Cordarrell fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Aguacero FC's protests and gave Elpidio Cordarrell a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Racing Club booed when El Aguacero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Cordarrell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norberto Casado scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Justo Goi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute, Fermin Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Norberto Casado succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. Norberto Casado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Goi having to interfere. Reynaldo Bonadona charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reynaldo Bonadona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to El Aguacero FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Reynaldo Bonadona hit a great ball. Racing Club's Ambrosio Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Montez in the 33rd minute of play. Justo Goi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Casado's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Justo Goi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto Casado in the 38th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Casado in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justo Goi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Justo Goi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Paublo in the 45th minute of the match. Justo Goi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Casado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norberto Casado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Paublo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Justo Goi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club. After some careless play in the El Aguacero FC defense, Fermin Ramos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justo Goi. The El Aguacero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justo Goi should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Montez in the 60th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Ambrosio Cordario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Racing Club's Norberto Casado in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Aguacero FC's goalie prevented a goal. Racing Club's Fermin Ramos got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Norberto Casado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Norberto Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fermin Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Goi having to interfere. In the 81st minute of the match Francisco Calvino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Justo Goi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Racing Club's Norberto Casado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Justo Goi. That made the score 0-6 after 82 minutes of play. Justo Goi came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's Norberto Casado. But to his dismay, Norberto Casado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 90 minutes into the match, El Aguacero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Casado came free, but Justo Goi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zacarias Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Aguacero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racing Club the free kick. Isaias Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
