Tiburcio Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Pedro Jatsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafino Rey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Domingos Roano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Serafino Rey skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to C. A. GüEMES getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Teo Lon hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jaime Alonso in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafino Rey saved C. A. GüEMES from getting behind. 34 minutes into the game, Pedro Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Serafino Rey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Pedro Jatsu fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bella Vista C.F.'s protests and gave Pedro Jatsu a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Jaime Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Serafino Rey made a huge save. Jaime Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Rey having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Jaime Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bella Vista C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Alonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafino Rey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bella Vista C.F.'s Pedro Jatsu got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severo Ramos came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. GüEMES's Salvador Curcio. But to his dismay, Salvador Curcio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Jaime Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bella Vista C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Alonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serafino Rey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serafino Rey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jaime Alonso in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute, Angelino Francis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C. A. GüEMES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 96 minutes into the match, Angelino Francis notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Bella Vista C.F.'s Severo Ramos. Severo Ramos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C. A. GüEMES were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
