In the 30th minute, Bartolo Ruisko made a precise shot to the right of Severo Ramos. Bella Vista C.F.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Jaime Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Fanuco having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Pedro Jatsu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Plate's Rodrigo Fanuco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pedro Jatsu to make the kick off. When Jaime Alonso came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Bella Vista C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Alonso couldn't finish the play. Severo Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Ruisko, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Rodrigo Fanuco came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bella Vista C.F.'s Pedro Jatsu. But to his dismay, Pedro Jatsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jaime Alonso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Rodrigo Fanuco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pedro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Jatsu in the 79th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Rodrigo Fanuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Fanuco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Jatsu in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Santiago Locaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Jatsu came free, but Rodrigo Fanuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bella Vista C.F.'s Severo Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Ruisko in the 97th minute of play. 99 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bella Vista C.F.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marciano Cuarto was slow to take the kick. During this time River Plate's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Marciano Cuarto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bella Vista C.F.'s Severo Ramos did a great save.
