Spectators: 7168 (Terracing: 5378, Seating: 1648, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Pedro Jatsu made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Fero in the 5th minute of play forced Bella Vista C.F.'s goalkeeper Severo Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ismael Fero came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Guascan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Fero couldn't finish the play. After having played for 13 minutes, Hugo Silban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guascan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Silban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Guascan FC's Atilano Ereinotz got control of the ball when Jaime Alonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jaime Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Atilano Ereinotz made a huge save. If Hugo Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Silban during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bella Vista C.F. booed when Guascan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Silban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Ipar charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octavio Ipar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes Guascan FC got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Ipar. Hugo Silban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Severo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburcio Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Hugo Silban came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Guascan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Silban couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Alonso got free with Atilano Ereinotz in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ismael Fero to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Alonso in the 51st minute of play forced Guascan FC's goalkeeper Atilano Ereinotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Ereinotz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Ur, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Atilano Ereinotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Alonso in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guascan FC's goalkeeper Atilano Ereinotz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Severo Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Silban in the 60th minute of the match. Atilano Ereinotz came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Bella Vista C.F.'s Antonio Orlandus. But to his dismay, Antonio Orlandus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some careless play in the Guascan FC defense, Pedro Jatsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Ereinotz. The Guascan FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Ereinotz should have stopped the shot. If Hugo Silban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guascan FC's Atilano Ereinotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Alonso in the 91st minute of play.
