When Lucas Theobald came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Cabe Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Theobald couldn't finish the play. Lucas Theobald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Serafino Rey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, Justo Domenec notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of C. A. GüEMES's Serafino Rey. Serafino Rey was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cabe Team's Alfonso Tanio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Francis in the 12th minute of play. Serafino Rey came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabe Team's Tomas Ceandro. But to his dismay, Tomas Ceandro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Victorino Quexal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Serafino Rey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the game, Lucas Theobald cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Serafino Rey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Theobald, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Lucas Theobald managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cabe Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Theobald was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cabe Team's Justo Domenec got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lucas Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Cabe Team were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lucas Theobald made the kick off in the second half. Serafino Rey was a little too slow when Lucas Theobald got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Theobald in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafino Rey saved C. A. GüEMES from getting behind. Alfonso Tanio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Francis in the 61st minute of the match. If Victoriano Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Theobald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Rey having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cabe Team's Victoriano Gutxi got a free kick in the 74th minute. Alfonso Tanio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Victorino Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tomas Ceandro came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Cabe Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Ceandro couldn't finish the play. Cabe Team's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
