An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Abaurre in the 6th minute of play forced Luzbelito's goalkeeper Moises Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tellier FC booed when Luzbelito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Ricart didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Luzbelito's Moises Paz got control of the ball when Ignacio Precioso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Lorenz's late challenge caught a Luzbelito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Lorenz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Bernardo Lorenz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Tellier FC's Ignacio Precioso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Moises Paz. Moises Paz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 30th minute, Ignacio Precioso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Melquiades Quico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Luzbelito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tellier FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Luzbelito's Melquiades Quico got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Paolo Valente, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Moises Paz made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Ignacio Precioso sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Luzbelito's Ermegildo Ikatz got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Luzbelito's goalkeeper Moises Paz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Ignacio Precioso could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Moises Paz however easily saved by the left post. In the 43rd minute, Nicolas Garin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Desiderio Lorenz charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Desiderio Lorenz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Luzbelito fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty!
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Rolado made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Eustacio Bernaldo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tellier FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luzbelito the free kick. Cory Honeycutt was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Tobias Rolado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tobias Rolado really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. In the 60th minute Tobias Rolado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cory Honeycutt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benicio Eliazar during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Benicio Eliazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tellier FC's Cory Honeycutt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Tellier FC from getting a goal against them. Moises Paz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignacio Precioso in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moises Paz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tobias Rolado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Cory Honeycutt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ignacio Precioso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Paz having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tellier FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Luzbelito had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
