Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Donato Foro started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Locaio. Celedonio Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Ruisko in the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Pedro Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot. River Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Pedroso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Montrelle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Foro in the 19th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Rodrigo Fanuco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Fanuco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Santana in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Santiago Locaio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the River Plate and the chejov fulbo clú players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th minute Lino Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Fanuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lino Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celedonio Montrelle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Ruisko, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd match minute, River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Leizarraga to maneuver through the defense. Lino Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Rodrigo Fanuco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Montrelle made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Pedro Pedroso sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Silban came free, but Rodrigo Fanuco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Bartolo Ruisko made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind chejov fulbo clú's goalkeeper Celedonio Montrelle, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 57th minute Maximo Silban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Fanuco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bartolo Ruisko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Celedonio Montrelle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bartolo Ruisko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartolo Ruisko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Montrelle having to interfere. Lino Santana struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Rodrigo Fanuco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for chejov fulbo clú. Lino Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ildefonso Prejun charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ildefonso Prejun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th match minute, chejov fulbo clú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Prejun to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Ildefonso Prejun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the game, Pedro Pedroso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Celedonio Montrelle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lino Santana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 88 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Moises Leizarraga. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Santiago Locaio hit a great ball. Cirilo Hever was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. chejov fulbo clú's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
