Metalmecanica FC's Vinicio Dimo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Tercero in the 30th minute of play. If Teodoro Favila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosme Quilino came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Metalmecanica FC's Rafael Enekoitz. But to his dismay, Rafael Enekoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cosme Quilino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Constantino Bieito's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Metalmecanica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Tercero came free, but Vinicio Dimo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Dimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Favila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Constantino Bieito was the one to do the kick off. Vinicio Dimo made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Pedro Tercero sent off a good shot on target. Cosme Quilino came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Metalmecanica FC's Rafael Enekoitz. But to his dismay, Rafael Enekoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Vinicio Dimo came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Bandera's Pedro Tercero. But to his dismay, Pedro Tercero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Gerardo Gora took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vinicio Dimo. Metalmecanica FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Metalmecanica FC's Vinicio Dimo got control of the ball when Pedro Tercero tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Rafael Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Tercero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th match minute, Metalmecanica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Chayo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Bandera getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Gerardo Gora hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Bieito in the 89th minute of play forced Bandera's goalkeeper Cosme Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bandera's Cosme Quilino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Bieito in the 91st minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
