Cubanea FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Carolo Precioso 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Filiberto Gaizko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute Carolo Precioso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Ondino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of SSC Napoli booed when Cubanea FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Etxahun didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, SSC Napoli's Fernan Cresconio tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute Froilan Patxi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Du Sausois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SSC Napoli's Tom Du Sausois played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Patxi in the 22nd minute of play. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SSC Napoli! SSC Napoli:s Tom Du Sausois showed great skill when he stopped Serafin Goito:s penalty. 29 minutes into the match, Cubanea FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carolo Precioso came free, but Dante Ondino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Filiberto Gaizko managed to get in a good position for a shot. SSC Napoli's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Gaizko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Ondino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cubanea FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Serafin Goito in the 36th minute. With a little luck, Cubanea FC's Dante Ondino got control of the ball when Filiberto Gaizko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carolo Precioso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Ondino having to interfere. Israel Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Tom Du Sausois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Israel Abarca was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Froilan Patxi got free with Tom Du Sausois in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carolo Precioso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dante Ondino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carolo Precioso's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. In the 69th match minute, SSC Napoli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernan Cresconio to maneuver through the defense. Dante Ondino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Precioso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filiberto Gaizko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tom Du Sausois made an important save on a dangerous shot by Froilan Patxi in the 77th minute. Cubanea FC's Froilan Patxi got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Carolo Precioso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Ondino was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. After 94 played minutes SSC Napoli got a freekick which was hit by Hugo-Ernesto Gottardi. Israel Abarca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SSC Napoli were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
