An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Tercero in the 9th minute of play forced Cubanea FC's goalkeeper Dante Ondino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th match minute, Cubanea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Hustaz to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Bandera's goalkeeper Cosme Quilino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Froilan Patxi. Andres Sanchez's late challenge caught a Cubanea FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andres Sanchez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bandera's Andres Sanchez got a free kick in the 14th minute. Froilan Patxi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nereo Kismi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 28th minute Pedro Tercero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Ondino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 30th minute when Teodoro Favila elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 37th play minutes Israel Abarca shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Cosme Quilino and just under the crossbar into goal. Cubanea FC's Dante Ondino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Favila in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Pedro Tercero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Ondino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Tercero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Froilan Patxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Quilino having to interfere.

The wind increased when Israel Abarca made the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute, Israel Abarca made a precise shot to the right of Cosme Quilino. Bandera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Teodoro Favila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes Cubanea FC got a freekick which was hit by Israel Abarca. After 72 played minutes Bandera got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Cordairo. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Cubanea FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bandera:s goal. Nereo Kismi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Dante Ondino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Tercero in the 77th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Bandera's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Abarca came free, but Cosme Quilino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Cubanea FC's Froilan Patxi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cosme Quilino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Cubanea FC booed when Bandera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Favila didn't get a good kick on the ball.
