The crowd rose to their feet as Granate's Aureliano Romano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raul Silbestre. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Iker Rico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Silbestre having to interfere. Victorio Polo's late challenge caught a Granate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Iker Rico fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granate's protests and gave Iker Rico a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Granate getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Iker Rico hit a great ball. If Iker Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliano Romano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iker Rico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raul Silbestre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Aureliano Romano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Silbestre having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Iker Rico notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sacachispas F.C's Raul Silbestre. Raul Silbestre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Raul Silbestre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Romano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sacachispas F.C's Silvio Rencio got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Iker Rico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Raul Silbestre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iker Rico in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raul Silbestre saved Sacachispas F.C from getting behind. Iker Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higinio Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higinio Tajo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Mateo Hibai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacachispas F.C. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Higinio Tajo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sacachispas F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Higinio Tajo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateo Hibai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureliano Romano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sacachispas F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Granate.
