Spectators: 7263 (Terracing: 5449, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 144) Esteve Urtungo made the kick off and thus started the match. Ezequiel Delfino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteve Urtungo in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute, Evelio Alvarez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Pateadores's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Marques came free, but Rigoberto Tadzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Marques in the 13th minute of play forced Pateadores's goalkeeper Rigoberto Tadzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, La deseada's Robustiano Ermengol got a free kick in the 14th minute. The long shot by Arturo Tono in the 20th minute really tested Ezequiel Delfino's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Victoriano Enauts short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Ezequiel Delfino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rigoberto Tadzio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horacio Marques's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Evelio Alvarez struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Rigoberto Tadzio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La deseada. La deseada's Ezequiel Delfino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save La deseada from getting a goal against them. Aaron Cebrian kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Pateadores's Arturo Tono shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 36th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ezequiel Delfino but with some difficulty. In the 39th match minute, Pateadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteve Urtungo to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Pateadores's Victoriano Enaut in action when he in the 44th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Evelio Alvarez made a kick off. The supporters of La deseada booed when Pateadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Joseph didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Marques charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horacio Marques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, La deseada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Marques to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, Esteve Urtungo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Delfino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 63rd minute, Nestor Urtun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pateadores fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Evelio Alvarez's late challenge caught a Pateadores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evelio Alvarez helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Esteve Urtungo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pateadores's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Urtungo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezequiel Delfino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rigoberto Tadzio made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Horacio Marques sent off a good shot on target. Ezequiel Delfino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esteve Urtungo's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Ezequiel Delfino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteve Urtungo in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Aaron Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nestor Urtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ezequiel Delfino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in La deseada's zone, Nestor Urtun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Delfino came out of the goal and Nestor Urtun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pateadores fully deserved thier win.
