Ramon Oliverio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Kemen in the 10th minute of play. Sebastian Kemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Ramon Oliverio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteve Gaizkine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Frontera booed when Tosno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Iruinea didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Frontera's Sebastian Kemen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ramon Oliverio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Kemen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramon Oliverio was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Tosno FC's Agustin Libertad slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Artemio Kusko. That made the score 1-1 after 28 minutes of play. Esteve Gaizkine's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Oliverio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes, Florentino Pudes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frontera and the Tosno FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Florencio Ireno scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Artemio Kusko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Artemio Kusko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Libertad, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Esteve Gaizkine made the kick off in the second half. Antonio Oinaz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 55th minute Florencio Ireno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Kusko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Didier Deschamps charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Didier Deschamps the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Tosno FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Didier Deschamps hit a great ball. Ramon Oliverio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Feliciano Hernando. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteve Gaizkine in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon Oliverio saved Tosno FC from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Sebastian Kemen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ramon Oliverio was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Sebastian Kemen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Ramon Oliverio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sebastian Kemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ramon Oliverio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Tosno FC's Ramon Oliverio got control of the ball when Sebastian Kemen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute, Frontera's Sebastian Kemen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ramon Oliverio. Ramon Oliverio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. 94 minutes into the match, Agustin Libertad notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Frontera's Artemio Kusko. Artemio Kusko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Despite being the better team, Frontera failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
