The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leopoldo Guilabertus came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by RAMBO F.C's Leonides Esiquio. But to his dismay, Leonides Esiquio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind RAMBO F.C's goalkeeper Santiago Inocente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Denis Tadzio's late challenge caught a RAMBO F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Tadzio helped the player get up and apologised. Denis Tadzio kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Isaac Martxel hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Santiago Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Caetano, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Club Atletico Boca Junior were awarded a corner. Alejandro Brais went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Luzaide in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Inocente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Boca Junior's goalkeeper Leopoldo Guilabertus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horacio Chaime. Albino Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Santiago Inocente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santiago Inocente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Caetano in the 41st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albino Caetano in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Inocente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denis Tadzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Inocente having to interfere. Santiago Inocente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Luzaide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leonides Esiquio made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Egun in the 51st minute of play forced Club Atletico Boca Junior's goalkeeper Leopoldo Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Tadzio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santiago Inocente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Luzaide went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Club Atletico Boca Junior's Denis Tadzio got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Denis Tadzio off the ground. Santiago Inocente was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alejandro Brais. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moises Luzaide in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Inocente saved RAMBO F.C from getting behind. 71 minutes into the game, Vinicio Gabirel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Boca Junior's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RAMBO F.C the free kick. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Boca Junior's Vinicio Gabirel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, RAMBO F.C's Angelo Oton tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 75th play minutes Moises Luzaide shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Santiago Inocente and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Egun in the 80th minute of play forced Club Atletico Boca Junior's goalkeeper Leopoldo Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RAMBO F.C's Santiago Inocente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Caetano in the 81st minute of play. Moises Luzaide struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Santiago Inocente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Boca Junior. Albino Caetano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atletico Boca Junior's Vinicio Gabirel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Santiago Inocente but with some difficulty.
