Spectators: 6659 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Baldomero Austin got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, RAMBO F.C's Angelo Oton got a free kick in the 4th minute. Baldomero Austin might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Inocente. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Austin ran back to his position shaking his head. The long shot by Juan Etxepare in the 8th minute really tested Santiago Inocente's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Horacio Chaime had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Chaime in the 12th minute of play forced A.C. Vigal's goalkeeper Mauro Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonides Esiquio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horacio Chaime in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Iztal saved A.C. Vigal from getting behind. Baldomero Austin struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Santiago Inocente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Vigal. Bruno Iruinea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Santiago Inocente made a huge save. In the 27th minute of the match Fabio Argina shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauro Iztal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bruno Iruinea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Inocente having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, RAMBO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. If Bruno Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, A.C. Vigal's Gaston Bastian got a free kick in the 38th minute. Angelo Oton, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Horacio Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Mauro Iztal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 49 minutes, Damaso Mitxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RAMBO F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Mitxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonides Esiquio was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Vigal's zone, Horacio Chaime stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Iztal came out of the goal and Horacio Chaime tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leonides Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santiago Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomero Austin, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Leonides Esiquio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Iztal was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Esiquio in the 69th minute of play forced A.C. Vigal's goalkeeper Mauro Iztal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as RAMBO F.C's Horacio Chaime slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mauro Iztal. That made the score 0-1 after 71 minutes of play. Mauro Iztal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Esiquio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of RAMBO F.C booed when A.C. Vigal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Bastian didn't get a good kick on the ball. RAMBO F.C's Horacio Chaime got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horacio Chaime came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mauro Iztal could save by the left post. RAMBO F.C's Santiago Inocente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Iruinea in the 83rd minute of play.
