Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benicio Arias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Maidana having to make a save. When Victoriano Primeiro came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Relmo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victoriano Primeiro couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benicio Arias in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Maidana saved Rancagua FC from getting behind. 23 minutes into the game, Relmo FC's Benicio Arias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Maidana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Benicio Arias's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Pedro Maidana skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Benicio Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Pedro Maidana throw himself and got hold of the ball when Benicio Arias in the 36thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Relmo FC's Erubiel Francesco got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benicio Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Pedro Maidana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Benicio Arias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Maidana was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolando Ciceron made a kick off. Urbano Terciero succeeded in the game's 59th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Relmo FC's Benicio Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Maidana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Gaskon, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Rancagua FC's Pedro Maidana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Gaskon in the 69th minute of play. Domingos Illart's late challenge caught a Relmo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Illart helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Benicio Arias put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Maidana. Teodosio Lope hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Urbano Terciero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Relmo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Urbano Terciero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Maidana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Benicio Arias came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Relmo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benicio Arias couldn't finish the play. If Tomás Gaskon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95thth minute of the game Benicio Arias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rancagua FC's Pedro Maidana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Relmo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
