A collision led to VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Eustaquio Crispo hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA's goalkeeper Cayetano Kinsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Lixandro. VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA's Cayetano Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulgencio Umbruso in the 6th minute of play. Fulgencio Umbruso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Luix walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Julio Gabirel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Nerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Gabirel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albano Nerio went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA's zone, Mario Lixandro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Kinsen came out of the goal and Mario Lixandro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albano Nerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Julio Gabirel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Albano Nerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albano Nerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Gabirel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albano Nerio made a kick off. Julio Gabirel was a little too slow when Albano Nerio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-2. Domingo Iztal kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Albano Nerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA's supporters rose to their feet, but Albano Nerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Gabirel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute, Domingo Buinton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Kinsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Albano Nerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albano Nerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Julio Gabirel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albano Nerio in the 84th minute of play forced Armonía FC's goalkeeper Julio Gabirel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Lixandro in the 93rd minute of play forced VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA's goalkeeper Cayetano Kinsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnaldo Belo during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, one of Armonía FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Armonía FC. When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA's Moises Blasi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Julio Gabirel. The Armonía FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VOLVI POR LA CUARENTENA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
