Placido Txatxu scored 1-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silverio Tibalt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Placido Txatxu got free with Silverio Tibalt in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute Dario Mantzio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Tibalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Placido Txatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Silverio Tibalt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charadai's Silverio Tibalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Mantzio in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celestino Piarres stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 71 minutes of play Club Atletico River Plate's Ciriaco Mambru was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Mantzio in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silverio Tibalt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 79thth minute of the game Dario Mantzio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Charadai's Silverio Tibalt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Charadai's goal looked a bit too open when Placido Txatxu came free, but Silverio Tibalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charadai's Silverio Tibalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Mantzio in the 84th minute of play. In the 87thth minute of the game Dario Mantzio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Charadai's Silverio Tibalt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Charadai's zone, Placido Txatxu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Tibalt came out of the goal and Placido Txatxu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Silverio Tibalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Mantzio in the 95th minute of play. Club Atletico River Plate were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Charadai to leave the ground with a draw.
