Godfredo Urbes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Chorache in the 5th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Txomin got free with Godfredo Urbes in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute, Bartolo Txomin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Eusebio Chorache kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Godfredo Urbes. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Bartolo Txomin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd match minute, LOS BOMBOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Guter to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the game, Silverio Jaen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rene Quintan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, LOS BOMBOS's Narciso Guter got a free kick in the 29th minute. Bartolo Txomin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Eusebio Chorache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of LOS BOMBOS booed when Cuchilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Munio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Quintan having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eusebio Chorache stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silverio Jaen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Rene Quintan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godfredo Urbes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartolo Txomin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to LOS BOMBOS getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Rodrigo Quin hit a great ball. Silverio Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silverio Jaen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Rene Quintan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Quintan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Harri in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cuchilla's Valentin Toro got a free kick in the 75th minute. Abel Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Quintan having to interfere. Eusebio Chorache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Urbes having to interfere. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind LOS BOMBOS's goalkeeper Godfredo Urbes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abel Harri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Abel Harri managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS BOMBOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Harri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rene Quintan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. LOS BOMBOS's Silverio Jaen came free and shot a quick shot against goal 94 minutes in the game, fortunately Rene Quintan had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Rene Quintan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Harri, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
